Pre-Purchase Inspections
The pre-purchase inspection includes a complete and very detailed inspection of all the aircraft records since new, a thorough inspection of the aircraft. A serial number and time life components check, equipment and avionics list, modifications check, a review of applicable FAA Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and a background check with the FAA and NTSB for any record of an accident, incident, or damage history on file. An engine Bore Scope inspection, Turbine Engines, is also recommended. (All internal engine inspections will be conducted by the authorized service center and is not included with the prepurchase inspection.) If possible, a complete ground and equipment functional check and a performance flight check will also be accomplished.
A complete report of the aircrafts condition and equipment status will be provided along with supporting photos of the aircraft approximately two days after completion of the physical inspection.
